The hotel's location was excellent, with an easy access to the Sanctuary which was just a short walk away. The staff provided a warm and welcoming service, going above and beyond to assist with any concerns or issues. the room was comfortable, featuring a spacious ensuite bathroom with a lovely bath and overhead shower. The hotel also had a lift, making it convenient for guests.
The hotel's facilities could use some updating, particularly the rooms and balconies. There was also a lack of plug sockets in the room for recharging devices, and no tea or coffee making facilities available.

The staff were friendly, supportive, and helpful, accommodating our requests and ensuring our comfort. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a spacious bed and a lovely ensuite bathroom. The location is convenient, especially for visiting the nearby Domain. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, and there are multiple restaurant options nearby.

Although it took a little effort to find, the new hotel turned out to be cozy and comfortable. The basic breakfast was fine for a one-night stay. The location was convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and the shrine. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its prompt service and good location.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being very close to the Sanctuary and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It was also conveniently situated down the hill, making it easier for us to navigate. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help and translate menus for us. The breakfast was delicious and the set menu for lunch and dinner provided good value for money.
There was nothing we didn't like.

This hotel is a great find! the location is fantastic - it's really close to the sanctuary, which is so convenient. Secondly, the staff are absolutely lovely and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Finally, I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities in the room, especially the small balcony on the third floor. And the breakfast each morning was delicious too!
